Overview
Involved talks from various professionals sharing their stores and giving a summary of the work that their team does and the types of projects they are involved in. Also involved shadowing a member of staff.
Skills
Developed communication skills. Overall gained a great insight into the nature of the line of service and what the day-to-day looks like.
Business Insight
It was valuable in helping me to understand what I may wish to do in the future and how to achieve that.
Culture
The company's culture was warm and welcoming. Encouraging individuals to be themselves whilst also fostering a team spirit.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed learning more about the business and sitting in on meetings but would have enjoyed it more if it was slightly longer and there was a greater opportunity for involvement in project work.

Do your research when preparing for the virtual interview and assessment centre. Be calm, be yourself and be collaborative when working on the group tasks which are part of the assessment centre.
