    Business Insight

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
  • It was a great opportunity getting an insight into what different projects can involve and how greatly varied they are, from client-facing roles to more internal projects. Also had the opportunity to talk to members of staff from different roles such as risk as well as the management consultants from the different sectors which provided great insight into the different roles within the company.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company culture was really the same as the way PwC advertises it. Everyone seemed very friendly with great personalities. Everybody was happy to help each other with tasks to complete or if they had questions and the contribution of everyone's ideas and opinions was always strongly encouraged , no matter on the level of seniority.

  • 5. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I highly enjoyed getting to talk to so many different people about their experience and they were all keen to share and answer questions. The insight exceeded my expectations as I wasn't originally sure of what to expect but it turned out to be a great learning experience. I would definitely go back to the company.

  • Do some research on the company and what their ethos is as well as their goals. Make sure to be yourself and open to learning new things, the more curious you are the better. Don't feel shy or anxious to ask questions, everyone is always happy to help.
