Overview
During this three-day paid programme you get an insight into what a career at PwC could look like. You meet mentors and buddies who represent the variety of opportunities available across PwC; largely shadowing Female colleagues to hear about their own personal career journeys, as well as from some of our networks focussed on Inclusion and Diversity. You attend their calls and meetings across the duration of the programme.

Yes, my communication skills definitely improved. Alongside this my understanding of audit, the process and lingo involved.
