Overview
q&a session really gives us insight about how audit job looks like in pwc and the direction they are heading into this fast-changing and technological world they also shared that it is key and important to network in pwc because people in pwc are friendly and working together like mentor and buddy system
Skills
I learned that network and communication is really important because sharing each other's ideas and get everyone update to the pace of the project is key to the collaboration and group project performance also learned more into the cybersecurity checks digital auditor do
Business Insight
all the different levels of people shared their insights and career stories. some of them also changed areas within the business to fit more with their personality and strength which I found pwc really support people with resources and opportunities like secondment and switching departments
Culture
I feel people in pwc are really friendly and everyone coming from different background bring their perspectives into the business and allow pwc to develop more the buddy and mentor system, coffee chat with seniors and manager, and also out-of-work community activities show that pwc people not only support each other to develop their skills in work but also grows themselves in life
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my insight because I am still exploring whether audit or consulting in pwc suits me more. Learning from this digital audit program, I found out what they do in technology and accounting in a daily basis. And their passion for work and learning for new technologies really attracts me and suits my personality of always progressing and trying new stuff which might be out of my comfort zone
Yes
I would recommend them to prepare some questions that they want to ask and also keep the network system going on during the program and after the program also don't afraid to ask questions to seniors because that's the way you will learn more about the company and the role and also help the company and others to know you better
