Overview
The day-to-day involved learning about the different areas in Deals. We have been given the opportunity to speak to senior leadership and graduates that have been on the same programme, We have been able to do exercise related to deals which broaden our understanding of Deals. We were also put into break out rooms, which gave us the opportunity to network with other individuals.
Skills
I have been able to develop my organisation and time management and ensuring that I have attended all my meetings. I have developed my team work from working in break out rooms.
Business Insight
It was very easy to understand the potential roles available, it was clearly defined by the Deals team. Understanding about how the business operates and the culture was also clearly communicated to us.
Culture
The culture at PwC is friendly, flexible and everyone is so willing to support. It gives you the confidence to ask questions and be engaged all the time and definitely brings out the best in you and allows to be as productive as possible.
