Overview
- Shadowed an Associate. - Spoke to Managers and gained confidence for that. - Explored PwC systems.
Skills
- I have definitely noticed an improvement with confidence levels and understanding that everyone will be available to help.
Responsibilities
We were given tasks which people in the CoE do day to day, which felt like real responsibility.
Support & Guidance
Everyone was so helpful with any questions we had. A lot more support was given than I expected!
Culture
I have come to understand that everyone operates as a close team so it is very sociable with lots of events etc. to get on with together as a team.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed it as it is an opportunity that has shown me that I can do it like all the women in PwC.
