Overview
It was a 3-day insight into the Audit department which initially began with an introductory discussion. The programme consisted of shadowing an associate and sitting in on meetings that they are involved in alongside having calls with their seniors and asking questions about the company
Skills
Enhanced communication and networking skills alongside excel skills through utilising courses made available
Business Insight
All was very well explained and all questions answered
Culture
Everyone I spoke to highlighted how the people are what makes the company and part of the best bit. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and did not make you feel intimidated at all. An insight into the positive culture was very encouraging and made it appeal even more
