Supporting and leading different initiatives for stakeholders that align with the brand strategy, such as development of leavepieces, email campaigns, tracking finances, communicating and working on projecta with external agencies, atending congresses etc

Yes, so much autonomy on different projects and if you want to have initiative to start your own project like leading an internal Newsletter you can make it happen!

Massive support they always listened to my development goals and got me involved in projects that would boost those

Everyone super friendly super helpful and willing to get to know you since day 0. Leaders at organisation made the time to connect with you and there is a feeling that there are no levels of hierarchy, you are celebrated and valued as much as any lther employee

To a great extent and it would have been even better if my placement had been face to face since the very beginning. Definitely would recommend
