Overview
Writing code to produce analyses of a variety of chemistry-related subjects. Also upskilling colleagues in code and Power BI and other data tools.
Skills
Python, Power BI, Communication skills, Presenting skills, soft skills like talking to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibilities and one of those was to redesign and run out the tier-board process in which people update people on their projects to the team.
Support & Guidance
I met up with my supervisor every week and she was very approachable and made it very easy to ask any questions which has definitely helped my development
Culture
Very social atmosphere and everyone felt very welcoming but people seem to be very stretched in their work and overworked
