  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK
  • the interview process was very long and they took quite a while to undergo my application, however everyone's experience will be different. furthermore, the assessment centre was quite challenging but if you have prepared beforehand you should be fine. you have a web based interview where you will answer a series of questions and it will send those recorded answers to the hiring team. If you are successful, the last shortlist of candidates will have a interview with the hiring manager, which will be the manager of the department you will be working under. having some background knowledge of the company will push you ahead of other candidates, such as when the plant started production?, what do you look for in a vehicle? preparation for day one would be to keep an open mind and ask as many questions as possible, this is the best way to learn and find out different ways people work.
