Business Insight
It was very informative given the fact that the industry that Alphasights operates in is slightly less known and so understanding what skills the company is looking for was very useful.
Culture
It was very open, inclusive and fun. People are very supportive and there seems to be a good work life balance.
Your Impressions
I particularly enjoyed the workshops and group assessment as they were informative and challenging in a way that allowed me to learn more about the business and develop skills that would be required to work there.
Yes
Try and understand the industry first, but certainly come prepared with lots of questions as interviewers and assessors know that the industry is slightly more opaque and are more than happy to help you understand what the company is about and this will help you determine whether you are a good fit.
