Overview
The first two weeks involved many site visits, talks and internship networking. The second two weeks involved more work in the office assisting members of my team on their work as well as working on a presentation of my own.
Skills
I have leant how to use new search software when researching property, and developed my own skills through working and networking.
Business Insight
I was able to experience a cross section of department helping me learn more about the roles available. However, I wasn't necessarily taught many new skills.
Culture
HR were faultless, very helpful in their responses and took good care of the graduates. Team leaders may not have had enough time for interns which at time could be frustrating.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight as I got a grab on what the company do. However I am not sure senior staff have has the time to understand students as individuals. HR however were extremely good.

Apply for the experience, but you may find one-to-one time with senior staff lacking or frustrating.
