Overview
My role involves assisting my team with tasks to help in the delivery of time critical projects. I am placed on a few accounts to help increase my knowledge of how to daily manage a client.
Skills
I have developed my knowledge of the property industry greatly and how to liaise with clients directly. I have also developed my time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
I was given some responsibility in my role in some tasks more than others. I would hope for more responsibility towards the end of my placement and perhaps this could progress more.
Support & Guidance
My team was very supportive and felt I could easily receive more help if needed.
Culture
Overall the company were very friendly and welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed the inclusive atmosphere.
