Overview
Working tirelessly in customer service, with an element of sales and marketing
Skills
I have learnt how to work in sales, learned how to manage a group of people successfully, learned how to run a profitable business while giving excellent customer service
Responsibilities
I was given opportunities to run branches that have a fleet of 250 cars and 10 people on my own. Theres a lot of opportunities to use your initiative
Support & Guidance
There is a 3 stage training course with a management test at the end so there is processes in place to keep you on track
Culture
Very Americanised culture with you competing against other branches and employees to achieve bonuses
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my internship however didn’t feel like the pay reflected our input. Lost a lot of my social life balance as a result of the hours. The job itself is brilliant
Yes
There’s a lot of opportunity to set up a successful and prospectful career
