Overview
The role is great as every day is different. We are customer facing so dealing with customers queries is a large part of the job. Also you will frequently be on the road collecting and delivering cars.
Skills
Customer service, marketing and also sales acumen.
Responsibilities
Yes, on some occasions I was able to run the day. This essentially means I ran the day to day operation frequently. I had to find cars and try to recycle them on different deals.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my mentor and also the senior members of my team.
Culture
The culture is fairly competitive but in a friendly way. We try and push our peers to get better and try to develop constantly.
