Overview
On a daily basis the role consists of a lot of leadership. You learn the ins and outs of how to operate a successful business as well as be guided to becoming a future leader in a business.
Skills
I have developed a variety of skills. My leadership has improved massively. On a daily basis my role required a lot of leadership throughout my activities. I was given a tasks such as auditing vehicles that were returned from being on rent and required to inform the team if there were any issues with them. Most importantly I was allocated captaincies throughout role that I managed and led. My captaincies were customer service and sales.
Responsibilities
At first I was supported with virtual sessions to learn my role and understand the activities involved, but was then required to manage my roles and given responsibility.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support and guidance was given with constantly being supported by management when working daily.
Culture
The team and culture was great. A very good atmosphere and supporting team that keeps pushing you.

My experience has been a great ride. I have enjoyed it throughout and learn a lot of transferable skills.
