Overview
On a day to day basis you have the responsibility of serving customers face to face and ensuring you provide excellent customer service. You also get exposure to different aspects of how a business can be successful through debt management, marketing and growth.
Skills
I’ve developed my confidence with sales through learning objection gandering and how to adapt my approach to individual customers
Responsibilities
I was given full responsibility of the customers that I served to ensure they were fully satisfied through the whole process and if they have any questions I was there point of contact. Also had the responsibility to contact my specifically assigned accounts to ensure they were happy and utilising the tools enterprise offers them
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from managers within the branch but also higher up management. Three stages of training is provided to ensure you get in-depth knowledge of all areas of the business
