Overview
Serve customers collecting and returning vehicles, selling additional products, finding business leads and working with other dealerships, delivering vehicles to corporate accounts.
Skills
I have developed many skills especially problem solving, communication and critical thinking
Responsibilities
By the end of the year at enterprise the aim is for you to be able to run the branch on your own. By 8 months I was running the fleet and managing the staff to help maximise revenue. Also chasing debt, going marketing and looking after customers on the get go
Support & Guidance
We had training files to complete for the first 9 months as well as zoom calls with head of departments or talent development. Also within the branch everyone was very helpful and friendly
Culture
It’s friendly atmosphere everyone is similar age and is a social environment. It’s a hard working job however the people make up for it
Your Impressions
With any internship there is pros and cons. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and how much responsibility I was given. The job has made me very employable which I can take on further
Yes
Expect to work hard but the rewards are worth it. The people you meet are like family and the skills you are able to develop make you very employable
