    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • By the end of the year at enterprise the aim is for you to be able to run the branch on your own. By 8 months I was running the fleet and managing the staff to help maximise revenue. Also chasing debt, going marketing and looking after customers on the get go

  • We had training files to complete for the first 9 months as well as zoom calls with head of departments or talent development. Also within the branch everyone was very helpful and friendly

  • It’s friendly atmosphere everyone is similar age and is a social environment. It’s a hard working job however the people make up for it

  • With any internship there is pros and cons. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and how much responsibility I was given. The job has made me very employable which I can take on further

  • Expect to work hard but the rewards are worth it. The people you meet are like family and the skills you are able to develop make you very employable
