Overview
Plenty of financial incentives which definitely boosts moral. Working in a fast paced environment we’re there is always something new to learn.

Yes I have definitely learnt new once and enhanced other skills such as communication skills and problem solving

You get the opportunity to have lots of responsibility and really take ownership on how your branch is run which contributes to its overall performance
Support & Guidance
You get lots of guidance from all departments and get the appropriate training on teams calls and in branch as there are lots of great tools to enhance your learning
Culture
The culture is amazing, lots of energy and good vibes which helps make day to day life a lot easier as everyone is very friendly and everyone wants to help eachother

I have loved every minute of my placement. I have definitely changed as a person for the better and have enhanced lots of skills which will help me going forward. The competitive aspect of the job is what I enjoyed the most and always trying to strive for perfection and be the best
