Overview
Dealing with HQ requests, delivering assets to subsidiaries, dealing with subsidiaries requests. Data analytics.
Skills
Excel skills, office etiquette, making PowerPoints, improving efficiency, working under pressure.
Responsibilities
Dealing with emails from senior members of HQ, providing budget insights from markets, checking for brand errors and protecting the brand of the company
Support & Guidance
Lots of guidance, always invited to ask any questions or raise any doubts and never felt patronised for asking something that may seem obvious to a senior member of staff
Culture
As much as I loved working for this company, it can sometimes be stuck in the roots of its origins, which can be a toxic culture at times with overexpectations, meaning many employees have a poor work life balance, which can be demotivating

I have enjoyed it and it has taught me a lot on how to work in an office, respect senior team members, and remain motivated and resilient.

Be open minded and ready to adapt, the culture of Samsung is very different to that of western culture and you must be prepared to change your ways of thinking in order to succeed
