Overview
Working in the European telecommunications office in the direct to consumer team I primarily work in a commercial role.
Skills
My data analytics skills have significantly improved alongside presentation and creative problem solving.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was responsible for tasks that directly went to senior leadership. I also represented the brand at CES
Support & Guidance
Lots of guidance mainly from my manager and training from HR at the beginning.
Culture
The company is Korean and this is very obvious during the business every day practise. Learning this is a challenge and getting used to it is interesting and sometimes challenging.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement due to the opportunities Samsung offers and the team I was in. It has really helped me to explore my options around where I might like to work in future.
