Overview
Involved directly with the commercial team, looking at data analytics and tracking performance of European subsidiaries against KPIs to support with growth of the business. Involved with the product planning teams, to support in developing the best possible product in the European region and develop go to market strategy
Skills
Learn how to effectively communicate within a team and present in front of key stakeholders. Developed key analytical skills generally and on a granular level particularly on excel.
Responsibilities
Yes, thrown straight in the deep end with responsibility and strong impact on the business area with support from team where needed.
Support & Guidance
Always receive support from team and management around me. Colleagues are always willing to help you out with any issues you have. Everyone is keen for you to succeed and will support to reach any goals.
Culture
Difficult culture to work with if never experienced something similar before. But is very interesting to learn about and work alongside many different cultures especially working on a European level.
