    • It takes time for people to realise what you are capable of however once they begin to get to know you they will entrust you with responsibilities and treat you like a member of the firm.

    • This was dependant on how much initiative was demonstrated and how well you worked, your work ethic and the efficiency and maturity with which you approached and dealt with a task.

    • Very lively, friendly atmosphere. Everybody is very approachable.

    • Nearer the beginning it was difficult to find tasks to fill my time as my colleagues were unaware of my abilities.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • People were friendly and there is always some drinks/social event happening every week.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • Canary Wharf/ Salisbury Square - both expensive areas however when going out on company drinks it was always paid for by a senior member of the firm.

    • Central London - need I say more?

    • Very active team running numerous out of office activities.
