The Role
It takes time for people to realise what you are capable of however once they begin to get to know you they will entrust you with responsibilities and treat you like a member of the firm.
This was dependant on how much initiative was demonstrated and how well you worked, your work ethic and the efficiency and maturity with which you approached and dealt with a task.
The Company
Very lively, friendly atmosphere. Everybody is very approachable.
Nearer the beginning it was difficult to find tasks to fill my time as my colleagues were unaware of my abilities.
Very willing to invest and train.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Graduate jobs require only a single face-to-face interview with a partner once I have been through this placement.
The Culture
People were friendly and there is always some drinks/social event happening every week.
Canary Wharf/ Salisbury Square - both expensive areas however when going out on company drinks it was always paid for by a senior member of the firm.
Central London - need I say more?
Very active team running numerous out of office activities.
