Overview
Working with HR Data, updating our systems, supporting UK and Europe colleagues, running weekly inductions for all new hires
Skills
Working with excel, team work, communication, time management, confidence in presenting, ad hoc requests
Responsibilities
My responsibility was to making sure our data are 100% accurate which was a big challenge (wrong data = incorrect payment)
Support & Guidance
My manager and colleagues were very supportive. Colleagues from different teams and departments were always happy to help
Culture
Korean culture - very difficult but I was lucky that my team was very open and I was not involved in cooperation with top business stakeholders

I have enjoyed it despite the lockdowns and lack of opportunities to meet people.
