Data & Insights Assistant Review

I am responsible for managing, analysing and sharing the results for the Toyota and Lexus Survey programmes, as well as the addition of new survey programmes and the monitoring of the Central Survey Platform.  I also support the Team with the creation of insights for the business and the network. On a day-to-day basis I support the creation of PowerPoint slides decks and Excel reports which report on Toyota's current customer experience. I also support other stakeholders and our Network to understand current experience trends and insight.

Yes. I was responsible for monitoring and controlling all Toyota's customer experience survey programmes as well as producing monthly reports to share with relevant stakeholders and directors.

Guidance and support was provided throughout my placement year. In Toyota everyone is always willing to help and support one another. My manager and colleagues were very supportive during my onboarding process and ensured I understood my role and responsibilities.

Company culture was very modern and up to date with times. The general atmosphere was always positive and supportive.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year at Toyota. It gave me the opportunity to further develop my skills and knowledge about multiple business areas. It also massively improved my confidence and soft skills which I will use in my future career.
