Overview
Business of Law Week - Logging into Zoom 9.15 or 10 (depending on Yoga/Coffee morning) Different activities and talks each day (ranging from D&I, ESG, Meet the Firm etc Break Out rooms to discuss and reflect

Business Insight
Indepth information about the business, dedicated whole week to Business of Law Learnt about the client perspective and firm perspective Talks with all different roles from paralegals, early talent, associates, partners (really show casing everything about the firm and all the potential roles)

Company culture was outstanding, everyone involved in the scheme was so supportive, encouraging and helpful Really illustrated what a great place CMS would be to work

I greatly enjoyed the insight scheme, it showcased all of CMS in the best way possible I feel we got a insight into the firm without evening being there, it was presented through zoom in such an engaging way.
