Other activities included networking, partner Q and A's, presentations, wellbeing talks and culture insights.
Skills
Developed skills: presenting, teamwork, organisation, time-management, drafting questions for clients, networking.
Business Insight
A number of talks and Q and A's were held to help us build an understanding of how the business works and what the culture is like at the firm and what roles are available.
Culture
The culture at this firm is amazing. Everyone is friendly and very eager to answer any questions and provide insights into their positive personal experiences at the firm. The firm does not try and convince participants that CMS is a relationship firm, they show participants that they are.
Your Impressions
I would not change anything about this insight week, it was enjoyable, helpful and left me with a very positive outlook on the firms work and culture.
