Overview
Work between days on placement and days working on specific intern projects
Skills
Managing time and effectively communicating in corporate environment. Emphasis on asking questions and being innovative to think of new ideas and question current practices to better understand them
Responsibilities
Outside of working on our Intern projects, little responsibility was given in dealing with clients but was able to work alongside fellow employees to do meaningful work for those customers
Support & Guidance
The EC team provide lots of events and guidance outside of placement to better your personal skills. they offer constant support and advice for any question or queries
Culture
very community focused, highlights importance of their purpose led strategy and treating customers well
