Overview
Sitting in client calls to understand the daily role of a Natwest Premier Wealth Manager, self-directed learning to understand more about the organization and the specific role. Working on group-based business project and group-based CSR project, as well as conducting personal self-directed learning using resources available.
Skills
Developed my own personal communication skills and other critical people capabilities.
Responsibilities
Not too much, but it was good so as to not feel like I was being thrown into the deep end. It was enough to get first-hand experience on what working in the organization and in this role would look and feel like.
Support & Guidance
A lot, particularly from my line manager would would schedule daily check-ins and ensure that I was constantly learning from her or from other mediums in order to make my time interning a worthy one.
Culture
Always encouraging learning at all levels, a very flat hierarchy which allows you to communicate and get to know anyone and everyone, and an inclusive place to be at.

A large amount. it was very enjoyable and informative, and allowed me to understand how working in this role would look like.
