Overview
i assist my manager with a range of tasks when considering how to refine areas to research and how to help better develop the long term strategy of the bank.

yes got much better at time management and synthesis and sharing of information
Responsibilities
yes- my manager was extremely flexible and allocated me tasks to do and independently manage my time on
Support & Guidance
a fantastic amount- had a 3 day induction, have weekly buddy meetings and have a great manager who i touch base with daily
Culture
so friendly and welcoming and relaxed. everyone got on with their work without emulating stress onto others

i really loved it- it was varied and mixed on the intern wide challenges and also on my independent placement work
