Overview
Looked at the budgeting and costing of the Finance department. Have spoken to people from different divisions and learnt about their jobs, and their background. Have been given various networking opportunities. Have also worked on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion project for my manager. In charge of looking at Natwests approach to DE&I and creating a survey to analyze how to improve it. Also working on a business project, considering climate and sustainability, and how natwests approach can be improved, utilizing non financial metrics.
Skills
Analyzing financial statements. Networking skills. Communication skills. Made life long connections. Met people that work in departments I want to work in and have learnt the correct steps to take in order to secure a grad role.
