Overview
Use business intelligent tools to analyse data and look to provide visualisation improvements to aid management decision making. Devise improvements that can lead to efficiency and quality improvements in the IT supply chain. Collaborate with departments across the business to understand their issues and assist in providing technology solutions. Investigate TGB IT compliance processes and procedures looking to see where improvements can be made reduce effort and improve quality.

Responsibilities
As much responsibility as I felt comfortable. They gave me every opportunity possible and I had a chance to get so much experience.
Support & Guidance
I received constant support and guidance throughout my placement. My manager mentored me and gave me advice whenever I asked for it. I could ask any question without feeling silly.
Culture
Toyota's culture is always about continuous improvement and respect for people. The general atmosphere is really friendly everybody is approachable and willing to help you no matter what.
Your Impressions
This year I enjoyed my placement so much more then I ever could have imagined. I've met some amazing people who I will stay in contact with forever and learnt the most invaluable lessons I can use in my future career.
