Overview
Working in the retail lease consultancy team my work primarily revolved around completing lease renewals, rent reviews and re-gear transactions. I was involved in the full cycle, meaning my daily tasks where varied; from gathering evidence, devaluing deals to negotiating with the agents on the other side and drafting HOTs.
Skills
Working in a high pressure environment has meant all my skills have been enhanced. My problem solving, time management skills, creative thinking and leadership have all improved.
Responsibilities
I was expected to manage my own work load ensuring everything was completed to a high standard.
Support & Guidance
I received constant support and guidance. Although I was expected to work independently if I had any queries or questions there was always some to help.
Culture
The atmosphere is great, there was a constant number of events and activities happening during my time at the company. There is a great inclusive culture here everyone is accepted for who they are.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the company and would highly recommend anyone to do so.
Yes
I would suggest applying early making sure that your cover letter outlines why you want to come to the company and your CV is neat and organised.
