Overview
Basically do any task the trainee (buddy) or the associate (supervisor) gives you. Task differs on what seat you are in. They can vary from reviewing documents to compiling documents. Plenty of seminars in the morning. Almost every day, actually.
Skills
Yes, many of the crucial soft skills required for a legal setting.
Responsibilities
I was given some responsibility but no solid important piece of work.
Support & Guidance
4/5 - very good support and guidance.
Culture
The culture is very friendly. The atmosphere is good though the physical office itself needs some work.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it for the experience that it would bring to my CV and the opportunity for future career prospects.
Yes
I don't think much needs to be said. The recruitment team will tell you everything you need to know. There's no trick or tips to it.
