Overview
Day to day managing of the account, supporting my team as well as scrum masters and delivery managers. Maintaining client relationships with their security clearance team. Dealing with onboarding/cv reviews/clearance. Financial Work. Supporting communities such as the people board and community benefits (outreach system to charities and organisations)

Responsibilities
Yes I was regularly given tasks which were time sensitive and also dealt with direct client contact such as monthly reporting to client service managers

Constant support and guidance from anyone I turned to/ worked with. Never felt like I couldnt ask for help

Perfect company culture, extremely nurturing, sense of community despite working from home

I throughout enjoyed it. I learnt how to work in a full time job while also enjoying myself. I have applied back to the placement.
Yes
Make sure that you read up on IBM values and apply this to your interviews and throughout your work. Don't be afraid that this is a big multinational company as on a personal level, everyone is there to support you and nurture you throughout your placement.
