Overview
My role includes planning and creating all organic social media content as well as working on our customer advocacy campaign.
Skills
I have developed many skills including my presentation skills, organisation skills, communication skills, social media and analytical skills, and my confidence has improved too.
Responsibilities
My responsibilities definitely increased during my placement as I learnt and developed the necessary skills for certain jobs which was encouraging, and I was never given anything that my colleagues didn't think I could handle.
Support & Guidance
Everyone was very supportive and encouraging during my placement, and I knew that I could go to any of my team for guidance if needed.
Culture
The company culture is very welcoming and friendly, and there is a community feel even in such a large company and international team.
