Overview
We were even given actual trainee tasks to help out the team or previous/hypothetical work which tested our practical skills. It also involved practice insight sessions.
Skills
The skill I have developed the most has been IT skills with word/excel. Attention to detail has been another skill which I have found to be challenging and have improved across the weeks.
Business Insight
I was able to interact with many people at the firm in different practice areas and they have provided honest opinions about the firm's operations and strengths/weaknesses.
Culture
The culture was genuinely supportive and collaborative. People are friendly and approachable. There is no hierarchical perception at the firm
Your Impressions
I enjoyed working in the office environment. The best part was being able to interact wit trainees/associates/partners in different areas and gaining their perspectives on the industry and what its like to work at the firm
Yes
Try to be accurate and thoughtful in completing work with a high attention to detail. Ask questions. Talk to a variety of different people. Be enthusiastic.
