Overview
The internship consists of 4 weeks. The first week is induction and training. The following two and a half weeks is dedicated to client project and a social enterprise project in which we help make deliverables. The last 2-3 days is devoted to administration stuff. Hybrid work. I went to office 2-3 days per week and travelled to London three times throughout the internship. Great work culture and nice offices.
Skills
I learned some technical skills on how to use certain online platforms, etc. and also developed interpersonal skills during the various networking events throughout my internship.
Business Insight
It gives me great insight on the daily lives in this company as a junior member. It helps me shape my career plan and understand the business better.
Culture
Friendly company culture. Hybrid working is a general norm. Workload is not high as an intern, but may increase for more senior members. I like the general atmosphere as the offices are great and people are willing to teach you when you don't understand something.
