Overview
Listened to talks and took part in work simulations for all different areas within HSBC

Yes, we developed our team-working skills by working in teams for the majority of the programme.
Business Insight
It made the job roles within the industry much clearer and easier to understand as it was our first insight into the industry
Culture
Very welcoming and accepting of the fact that we were only starting out so had limited knowledge. All the employees seemed very friendly and the atmosphere seemed very friendly
