Overview
My career coach/senior member of the engagement team would explain to me a task they'd want me to complete, such as ensuring a set of documents coincides with other documents.
Skills
We were provided with training courses for new applications such as Aura, while utilising excel skills which were built upon. In terms of soft skills my communication became more effective, I have developed a better understanding of professional behaviour/conduct
Responsibilities
I was given tasks necessary to complete the audit but wasn't burdened with responsibility due to the complexity of the role and level of experience i had

I was provided with a career coach and a 'buddy'
Culture
They had plenty of activities to get involved with, the culture was one of understanding and adapting with the needs of the employee.
Your Impressions
I was expecting more work to do however I did attend in a quieter period, however regardless i found the work interesting, it was interesting to here from more senior staff and to understand their day to day activities. The environment the building created was inviting and inclusive
