Overview
I assist the operations team with many different tasks, ranging from excel data analysis, sending off important emails or creating slideshow presentations designed to educate people about things going on within the team.
Skills
I have somewhat developed my skills, but outwith that I have not been presented with anything that has required me to develop my current skills, I have been adequately prepared.
Responsibilities
Not massive amounts, but still enough that which I was given impactful tasks and trusted to figure them out and do them on my own. I was also given multiple at once with the idea I knew how to manage the time distribution
Support & Guidance
A lot from my team, almost none from the onboarding team - they were super unresponsive and took shockingly long to relay information to the interns.

I enjoyed the team elements alongside the social opportunities with other interns. The mentorship program has also been very beneficial.

Don't stress before joining, everything will fall into place even if you don't quite understand what you will be doing before you start.
