Overview
Attending meetings, preparing slides, analysing data and investigating it, creating and maintaining databases
Skills
Excel skills have been developed as well as other applications within Microsoft Office. Communication and team working skills also had to be developed. We were also provided extensive training on other skills
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility - running and managing my own projects, investigating issues and personally presenting them to directors
Support & Guidance
Line manager and mentors / buddies / other colleagues provided a lot of guidance and help wherever i needed it

Lots of events going on, Barclays provide a lot of benefits that creates a great culture and shows their commitment to their pillars that are core to the organisation
Your Impressions
My team and manager were great, the culture of the organisation was fantastic and far exceeded my expectations of working in the finance sector. I would definitely be committed to barclays going forward
Yes
make sure to have done extensive research around the organisation before interviewing, and do a lot of practice assessments. Be yourself, and show how you align with the corporate values
