Responsibilities
From the day I joined I never felt like an intern but as a key individual within the team. You are relied on to meet your responsibilities and deadlines. I was able to complete the task for senior members and participate in high level decisions
Support & Guidance
I had frequent 1:1 with my managers and team. there is also the opportunity to have guidance from other teams and managers to improve your network. Everyone was friendly and more than happy to support throughout my placement.
Culture
A very nice place to work, everyone was nice and inclusive and made sure that I felt welcome throughout my time.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my time, I started the placement remotely which was the only negative I had, however the rest of it was a great experience which I would recommend to anyone.
