Overview
You will need to be at school for 8am and usually finish at 4pm. You conduct mentoring sessions with students and help the students in class; sort of like a teaching assistant at times. You also need to create worksheets and academic sessions for your students. It might be that you have to deal with behavioural management as well.

Responsibilities
Yes I was given the responsibility to lead clubs in school. We were allocated students and had to watch their academic performance and had to ensure their behaviour improved too.
