    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • You will need to be at school for 8am and usually finish at 4pm. You conduct mentoring sessions with students and help the students in class; sort of like a teaching assistant at times. You also need to create worksheets and academic sessions for your students. It might be that you have to deal with behavioural management as well.

    • Yes I was given the responsibility to lead clubs in school. We were allocated students and had to watch their academic performance and had to ensure their behaviour improved too.
