Overview
. Data tracking, analysis and participation in regular quality meetings, including: • Supporting project quality status preparation • Developing and aligning project status reports 2. Support calibration activities. 3. Monitor warranty data identifying rising trends and problem areas. 4. Against rising topics, carry out investigations into problem definition to enable handover to the problem solving area. 5. Compile and issue monthly data reports. 6. Validate solutions of topics, including process checks and audits.
Skills
Allowed me to improve upon my soft and hard skills and although not particularly relevant to my engineering course. Skills attained were valuable and transferrable to my next job EG. Project Management Skills, Report Writing Presentation Creating Meeting Steering
Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility, i managed my own projects, supported other projects and had daily tasks that were a supported and relied upon requirement every day.
Support & Guidance
Received support and guidance from my imminent team around me, further training was hard to access. As it seems the paid areas of training isnt really utilized on interns and more on the permanent employees. Team was approachable and willing to help with any query and had patience while i learned the ropes at the start of the internship
Culture
Good company culture, feel as though your a part of the company and the immediate team. Social events available for interns, allowing you to get to know more people around plant
Your Impressions
Enjoyed my internship because of the people i worked with, some of the actual work could be considered and i was left wanting more because of my own personal interests in more engineering style areas. Nevertheless was a brilliant place to gain experience under actual responsibility

Take time with preparing for interview process, make sure to read up on specific areas of the company, and try to say things during the interview that the interviewer may not have heard before
