Overview
Working at FDM has been an amazing opportunity and I have learnt so many new skills and networked with amazing people. I have created great memories at this company. The Team I worked with were fantastic and the most welcoming throughout my time here. As placement students we got the opportunity to work on projects and they dedicated a lot of time to ensuring our year was worth while. I highly recommend the company for any student looking for a great placement opportunity!
Skills
I have learnt lots of valuable skills as they train their own consultants us as internal staff are able to join the training and gain those skills. It has developed my confidence and overall work management.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility and I could see how my role affected the whole company so it make it more worthwhile.
Support & Guidance
I had a fantastic manager and a great team who helped me throughout my time.
Culture
The company culture was great and they had lots of networking and social events.
