Overview
My role involved assisting with all aspects of content production, such as setting up and attending shoots, booking speakers, creating and updating production timelines, supporting with production paperwork.
Skills
The internship helped me develop my knowledge and skills across content development, production and post-production.
Responsibilities
As the year went on, the level of responsibility increased, and for the last few months I had the responsibility of managing smaller projects independently, and played a bigger role in larger scale productions.
Support & Guidance
There was no formal training or curriculum for the internship, however support was always available when I asked for it. I found being proactive with seeking support and guidance was essential.
Culture
The company culture was great, and the people I worked with were driven and hard-working, but also friendly and positive.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the opportunities that came with the internship made it an ideal first-role.
