Overview
I was based in the early talent recruitment team, within HR. I completed a project whilst also attending office events, and taking part in side-of-desk activities.
Skills
Strategic thinking, commercial awareness and collaboration have been developed. It was also a great opportunity to put organisation skills and communication skills into practice.
Responsibilities
I was definitely trusted with meaningful work, by completing a project which will be used by the team after I have left. They are happy to give you further responsibilities if you seek them out.
Support & Guidance
I received excellent support from recruiters, managers, interns, a buddy and from the wider team.
Culture
The culture was so different to what I thought it would be! Everyone was so friendly and approachable. They really did welcome any questions and were keen to get to know you,
