    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • As a vacation scheme student you spend 4 weeks (2 weeks in different practice groups). You are assigned a principal and trainee buddy in each practice area, and are assigned tasks by both. You also have to complete Graduate Recruitment tasks and you attend practice overview sessions.

    • I have developed my networking and teamwork skills. I have also learnt about the approaches taken when dealing with legal tasks.

    • The company culture was great, everyone was open to give support and help with any issues. It felt like you were part of a family.
