Overview
We took part in timetabled sessions where we had talks by various departments. I had coffee chats with various members of the teams. I sat in on meetings for various different matters, proofread documents and conducted research. I had 3 projects to complete, with the final project forming the basis for an interview.
Skills
I have grown more confident in networking. I have gained a far better understanding of how different teams operate together.
Business Insight
It was a really great experience, with excellent access to the work and to various people within the firm.
Culture
Everyone was really friendly, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
